Where We Ship

We currently ship across Australia and to New Zealand.

Further international shipping isn't available yet, but it's on the way. Stay tuned.

Shipping Timeframes

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is packed and on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Shipping times may vary during peak periods, sales, or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD.

For Australian orders under $150 AUD, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

New Zealand shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly via the courier's website.
